Getting to Know the Property

Before you leave, we review the home with you, note any matters requiring attention, and agree on a visit schedule. Access, spending approvals, and instructions for urgent concerns are established at the outset.

Scheduled Visits

We carry out visual checks of agreed interior and exterior areas, looking for concerns such as leaks, unusual moisture, heating issues, and signs of pest activity. Doors and windows are checked, with particular attention given to any known problems.

Reports & Communication

A dated report with photographs follows can be organized for each visit. If something needs attention, we contact you with our observations and coordinate the next steps according to your instructions.

Maintenance & Everyday Arrangements

We can arrange approved repairs, meet trades, and coordinate ongoing cleaning or garden care. Mail collection and property-related bills may also be included, depending on the support you require.

Before Your Return

Cleaning and other agreed preparations can be arranged ahead of your arrival, with outstanding work followed up before you come home.
