We support owners with lease renewals, extensions, rent increases and  rents collection by Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP), while also providing proactive recommendations informed by the market and tenant feedback. Regular visits—weekly or at a frequency preferred by the owner—are conducted to check on the property and address any concerns.
